Being a first time home buyer i didnt know how the process was going to be and was pretty overwhelmed. I found Kevin here on facebook and he was very helpful. He drove all over town to help me find the perfect home for us and was very attentive to our needs. He did plenty of research on multiple communities to find homes in our price range and location. He was always available even at late times. After looking at several homes we found the right one. I appreciate all the work he did and glad we were able to do business with him. I highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs.

Keno, Keno, Keno! I think the referrals say it all. Keno put all my anxieties to rest on our second home buy. Our first home was an experience that gave me nightmares and still upsets me when I think about it. I was so nervous to begin again but Keno made me feel at ease. He is such an easy going and likeable person. He looked for what we wanted and nothing more. If there was any doubt in our minds about a house, he would tell us to take our time and we would keep looking. He also brought to us his experience and knowledge in telling or reminding of us ideas, problems and suggestions that we may not have thought of. He really knows and understands the business...well. He is not only responsible, attentive and knowledgeable but really listens to what you want...he really cares about his clients. I felt very special with Keno and would never hire nor recommend another person. I thank Keno for everything that he does.

Keno was very responsive: Picked up almost every time I called or responded back to me in a timely manner. Other times he would call back as soon as he hears any thing.
Has great customer service: He doesn't sugar coat everything. He talks with maturity and extensive knowledge of the field. At the same time he was very caring in regards to all situations we were put in with buying a house.
He was attentive: He tried to understand what we were asking and took the time to look into more than we asked for.
All in all, my experience with keno as our Realtor was more than I could ask for.

Keno Torres was an excellent choice. He is very honest and responsive. Took my wife and I to a number of houses that fit what we were looking for. He had great patience with us during the whole search and was very knowledgeable of the area we were interested in. We would highly recommend Keno to other buyers.

Keno helped me buy my first house in 1988. We looked at several homes, but could not find the right one. He is very patient and took the time to answer all my questions. He never tried to pressure me into buying a home that I would not like. He continued to look for that one special home he knew would be right for me. About a month passed I received a call from Keno and he informed me that he had located the perfect home for me and at a good price. We went to look at the house and I immediately fell in love with it.
Keno is currently helping us with another home. He is a wonderful person and very knowledgable about homes and property. He will not pressure you into buying something you don't want. So, if you are looking for that special home to buy, give Keno a call. You will be 100% satisfied.

Based on a recommendation from two co-workers, I used Mr. Torres to sell my previous home and purchase another home. He recommended a higher sale price on the house I was selling and I was very happy when it sold for the asking price after one week. He also helped negotiate a below asking price on the next house. What more could I have asked for! His service and ethics were excellent and made the process stress-free. After such wonderful experience, I used him to purchase another home and lease the one I had previous bought with his assistance. This time as the first, his responsiveness was excellent and I knew his expertise would get me the house I wanted and for the price I was willing to pay. I also know of two people in our circle of friends who have used him and everyone speaks highly of his professionalism and skills. I can't say enough of good things about this realtor.

Keno was referred to us by a friend, and he was just as great as my friend told me he would be. We were first time home buyers, and we didn't know what we wanted in a home at the time. He took us through several homes in one day, and helped explain the differences in a good investment. He even helped us get a great deal on a house that was initially outside our price range. I'm definitely using Keno again if we ever end up relocating.

I went through Keno to buy my first home. I had done some research online and knew about what I wanted. Keno took me around to three different neighborhoods before we talked about making an offer on the home I wanted to make sure I saw other options within that price range. Once I decided on a home, Keno was instrumental in negotiating a great price from the builder and even had some extras thrown in the final deal. He was always available to answer my many questions from start to finish.
